Under normal circumstances, there are two types of raw materials for the track beams of track pressure plates produced by track pressure plate manufacturers: mixed soil raw materials and steel structural raw materials. Regarding concrete beams, it is necessary to leave pre embedded holes in advance during the construction of the beam. These holes are used for threading bolts during the installation of fixed components. Of course, bolts can also be directly embedded during the construction of the beam. The commonly used installation methods include track pressure plates, pressure plate fixing methods, welding, and bolt joint fixing. When drilling, the depth of the hole must be deep enough to facilitate later adjustments in the horizontal direction. If adjustments are required in the vertical direction, remember to place a pad under the steel rail. The rigidity of the track pressing plate varies depending on the raw materials used, and can be set to single hole or double hole according to the on-site stress conditions. There are also many ways to choose from for connection. It should be noted that only when the steel pad and the track are welded, can the fixing parts be installed in the same welding method, so there are certain limitations. But the welding performance is good, as long as the anti rust measures are in place during normal operation, it can ensure that the welding can be used for a long time without loosening or falling off. When installing the track pressure plate, there are certain requirements for the track beam, with a deviation of more than 5 millimeters between the reserved bolt holes in the horizontal and vertical directions, to facilitate the later fixation of components according to regulations; The diameter of the screw hole should also be slightly larger than the actual diameter of the bolt, usually 3 millimeters is sufficient, otherwise it may cause blockage or other reasons that may cause the device to malfunction.
